We offer a 14-day cooling-off period in line with UAE consumer protection regulations. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, for any reason and without the need for justification.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@honeypotfurniture.ae. You must receive return authorisation before sending back any items.
Returns should be delivered by the customer to the following warehouse address
Unit 56, Goshi Warehouse Village - Al Quoz - Dubai
Please note:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping or delivery costs
We do not offer collection services for returns
Items sent without prior return authorisation will not be accepted
Inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalised items
Perishables (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@honeypotfurniture.ae.
